Established in the year 2005, Ritma Efektif Sdn Bhd is an ISO:9001-2008 accredited company specialized in recruitment and management of foreign workers.

 

Over the past 10 years, we have expanded our operation to provide a full spectrum of manpower support services ranging from KDN quota application, recruitment, placement/deployment, to workers management services including taking care of the workers' lodging/accomodation, transportation to and back from work, welfare, payroll, medical coverage, counseling, raid-release and repatriation.

 

We have also formed strategic partnership with reputable human resource recruitment agents in the ASEAN and ASIAN region (including Bangladesh, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines and Vietnam) for the continuous supply of quality workers to us in respone to growing demand of the market in Malaysia.
