Hi, I’m Puiyee, a manager at R&O. My role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with my team, and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish. What I enjoy most is supporting my team—helping them solve challenges, grow in their roles, and achieve our goals together. Being a manager can be busy, but seeing my team succeed and collaborate effectively is incredibly rewarding. Hi everyone, I’m Xiaoqi, working in HR at R&O. My daily tasks mostly involve recruiting new team members, handling onboarding and benefits, and staying in touch with colleagues to make sure everything runs smoothly. What I enjoy most about my job is connecting with people—understanding their needs and helping solve problems. HR work can be detail-heavy at times, but seeing new colleagues settle in and the team functioning well always gives me a sense of accomplishment. Working at R&O has taught me a lot about people and management, and I’m always looking for ways to make everyone’s work experience better.
