My coworkers and supervisors show me respect and are open to my innovative ideas. The company culture is pet-friendly and everyone is passionate about the company's mission, especially when it comes to caring for cats and dogs. The senior leaders are approachable and take the time to mentor and develop young employees like myself. They are not afraid to get involved in hands-on work, just like the rest of the executives. I have gained valuable knowledge and experience during my time here.
