Slim Up Center in Thailand (registered under the company's name 'Sauna Italia Thailand') was launched in December 2004 by Mr Knight and Thai investors with its first branch located at All Season Place, CRC Tower on Wireless Road in Bangkok. Slim Up Center Thailand is under umbrella of Marine Supply limited company which is a leading distributor focusing on health and beauty goods and services.
After the grand opening of the first branch, the success of Slim Up Center exceeded the management's expectations, thus more branches continued to expand and up to the present, Slim Up Center enjoys its 38 branches nationwide; 31 in Bangkok and 7 in Chiangmai, Phuket, Pattaya, Chonburi, Khonkaen and Korat mostly located at business areas and leading shopping centers.
Although, in high competitive markets and situations, Slim Up Center has been continuously growing from a new entrant to number 1 in its segment in weight loss business with an average of 20 - 35% growth rate every year. The rationale behind its success is 'Differentiation'. Slim Up Center is the first and the only one which introduced 'Tailor-Made Slimming Programs' to Thai clients, plus 'Exclusive 4 in 1' invented to solve all majot problems of individuals who suffer from excess fat.
