About Us:

Season Retail Management SDN BHD is a fast-growing optical retail chain in Malaysia, known for offering quality eyewear and eye care services across our nationwide outlets. As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and enhance our procurement, inventory, and logistics processes — ensuring the right products are at the right place, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full supply chain cycle: procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution to retail outlets.
Manage local and overseas suppliers for frames, lenses, contact lenses, accessories, and packaging materials.
Forecast demand in collaboration with merchandising and retail operations to support campaigns and new launches.
Plan stock allocation and replenishment for over 30 outlets nationwide, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
Monitor stock movement and turnover using inventory management systems (e.g., POS systems).
Evaluate and onboard new vendors, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Optimize delivery lead times and cost efficiency for both inbound (import) and outbound logistics.
Ensure documentation compliance with customs for imported goods (e.g., MITI, SIRIM, and duty-exempt items).
Manage a small team and provide guidance in daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Prior experience in retail (preferably optical, FMCG, or fashion) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Malaysia’s customs clearance processes and import documentation is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (for dealing with China-based suppliers).
Based in Klang Valley, willing to travel to Johor warehouse or outlets when necessary.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
