About Sinolion Wheels Technology Sdn Bhd

Sinolion Wheels Technology Sdn. Bhd. is the overseas subsidiary of Qinhuangdao Sinolion Wheels Co., Ltd. (China) and a member of Sinolion Industrial Group.

Established in July 2025, the Company is located in the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia. It serves as the Group’s first overseas automotive parts manufacturing base, with a designed annual capacity of 3 million high-performance, lightweight aluminum alloy wheels.

As a high-tech manufacturing enterprise integrating research and development, production, inspection, and technical services, the Company leverages the strong technological expertise and financial support of its parent company to meet the growing global demand for high-end OEM and aftermarket automotive products.

The Company has developed a short-process, flexible production system for aluminum wheels, enabling efficient and scalable manufacturing. While supporting the parent company’s OEM automotive market and established international markets such as the United States and Japan, the Company is actively expanding into high-end European retail and customization markets, ensuring strong growth potential.

Currently, the Company produces a full range of high-strength, lightweight wheels from 14 to 32 inches, utilizing three advanced manufacturing processes:

• Low-Pressure Casting
• Flow Forming
• Forged Flow Forming

The Company also offers a wide range of surface finishing options, including:

• Machining: Milling, Mirror Finishing, Bright Machining, Full Brushing
• Coating: Multi-color spraying, Transparent coating
• Design: Oversized rim designs

This results in hundreds of specifications and over a thousand product variants.

Through independent R&D, the Company adopts advanced water-cooling mold technology, which enhances product strength by 10–20% compared to conventional methods. Its lightweight series achieves up to 7% weight reduction, delivering safer, more durable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly products.

The Company operates internationally advanced automated and digital production lines, utilizing FANUC and ABB robotic systems, automated material handling, and intelligent logistics conveyors. With integrated network communication modules and MES-based data management, the Company significantly enhances automation and digitalization.

The facility is equipped with world-class production and testing equipment, including CNC combined machining centers from Taiwan and advanced low-pressure casting machines, ensuring consistent product quality and manufacturing excellence.
