SKRB Solution was found to provide solutions to clients in terms of marketing and sales.

Eventually, we have also diversified into telesales and customer service, to make it an all rounded marketing firm; to widen SKRB Solution's scope of services; especially in getting outsourced contracts.

We specialize in telecommunication management whereby we handle all in-bound and out-bound calls for our respective clientele. Apart from customer service and marketing; we offer scheduling, collections, dispatching and canvassing for all our clients.

Currently we have call center facilities and marketing teams (in Petaling Jaya and Melaka) whereby it helps us to monitor and manage all calls, promotion, marketing and sales efficiently and promptly.
