Sales service to Customer

Monitor and control all customer related sales & services matters to provide appropriate service to customers, such as answering product enquiries and receiving orders.
Take sales order from customer and placing sales order to the Warehouse Assistant daily.
Attend and response to customers’ enquiries, orders, complaints etc. and follow up.
Develop and maintain a strong and long term working relationship with customers.

Executive Responsibilities

Responsible in charge of generating sales performance reports, handling customer order, to provide customers with sales quotations, complaints and provide support to all outdoor sales.
Identify, explore and develop new business opportunities as well as potential customers.
Responsible to display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variation in prices, delivery and customer specifications to the superior.
Identify products improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Monitor closely own sales achievements, ensure timely collection from customers and to control debts.
Responsible to do and timely submission of own monthly traveling expenses claims and daily working report adhering to company policies and requirements.
Perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
