Sales & Marketing Executive for Property Developer

Responsibilities:

•Knowledge in sales related legal documentation and property management.

•Able to liaise with purchasers, bankers and lawyers

•Able to analyze sales and marketing trends

•To plan and organize activities for advertisement, marketing promotion, road

show and launches when applicable

•Conversion of land matters, statutory requirements related to property development and

liaison with Authorities

Requirements:

•At least 3 years sales & marketing experience in property development

•Strong planning and presentation skills

•Good command of both written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin with excellent

selling and marketing techniques and good negotiation and presentation skills.

•Familiar with statutory requirements relating to property development.

•Willing to work long hours, under pressure and result oriented

•Good knowledge of property market and possess own transport
