What You'll Do: Bring Order to Chaos & Drive Relentless Execution.

Become the CEO's Operating System: Masterfully carry out the CEO's priorities and information flow, ensuring company-wide is laser-focused on the highest-impact activities that drive the business forward.
Be the Execution & Accountability Engine: Rigorously track all action items and deadlines from leadership meetings. You’ll be the one who follows up with leaders, ensuring commitments are met and nothing ever falls through the cracks.
Act as a Data-Driven Force Multiplier: Prepare detailed briefings to ensure the CEO is armed for every meeting. You will attend critical sessions, capture the essence of the discussion, and use data to help spot opportunities, track progress, and sharpen strategies.
Embody a "Whatever It Takes" Mentality: Take full ownership of special projects assigned by the CEO - from market research and data analysis to coordinating cross-functional initiatives. You'll dive into challenges, align stakeholders, and push through any obstacle to get it done.

You have Up to 3 years of experience, but you operate with a maturity, ambition, and drive that far exceeds your years.
