The mechanical design and assembly of a new jig automation system using SolidWorks 2018 is being carried out. The person in charge is responsible for the electrical design and PLC programming for the development of the new jig, using Adobe with Control FPWIN Pro 7 software for ladder diagram PLC programming and machine troubleshooting. This also involves setting up electrical and pneumatic systems, as well as pneumatic robotic instruments such as manifold base, air service unit (ASU), solenoid valve, cylinder, and sensor. The setup of the control box and electrical wiring arrangement for the new jig automation system is also being done, including wiring for electrical motors, motor driver, and servo amplifier. Transformers and voltage regulators are used to regulate the voltage and resistance of 0.8 nichrome wire for the ribbon cutting machine. Automation documentation and report analysis are part of the project, which includes the development of an automatic side folding machine for small coach paper bags, an automatic press machine, an automatic ribbon cutting machine for hallmark ribbon, a two-side glue machine for coach's cupboard paper bags, and a 1-meter conveyor belt.
