Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient storage of all items. Handle the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining proper documentation. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory records in the system. Perform weekly calibration of instruments and equipment. Ensure all calibration work complies with company standards and safety regulations. Ensure the timely delivery of all orders, planning delivery shipment . Assist with the procurement of materials and supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Perform maintenance tasks for office equipment, such as changing lightbulbs and installing furniture. Support ad hoc activities and tasks as required by the management. Coordinate transportation, distribution, and storage of goods, ensuring timely delivery and efficient utilization of resources. To source and negotiate for best delivery and competitive price with 3rd party transport. Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments. Handle Shopee platform order.
