About Sun Systems Engineering Sdn Bhd

Sun System Engineering Sdn Bhd (SSE) was established in 1993 to venture into the production of value added electrical engineering products. We are one of the leading manufacturers of low-voltage feeder pillars for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).

Progressively over the last 25 years, we have widened our range of products to include Load Reading Feeder Pillars, Low Voltage Auto Transfer Switch Panels, Street Lighting Panels, Motorized Ring Main Units (RMU) and 33kV Cubicle-Type Gas Insulated Switchgears (C-GIS).

We are partnered with Lucy Switchgears, UK for the assembly of 12kV RMUs, Meidensha Corporation, Japan for the localized manufacture of 33kV C-GIS Switchgears, and have commissioned 350 panels for the Klang Valley MRT 1 (KVMRT1) project. We have also ventured into the supply of 132kV and 275kV Gas Insulated Switchgears with the partnership with Hyosung Corporation, Korea.

In 2017, Sun System Engineering has achieved the latest certification of ISO9001:2015 by SIRIM QAS International.
