What You’ll Do:

· Source and negotiate with local & overseas suppliers.

· Drive cost savings through price negotiation and localization.

· Coordinate with Sales & Engineering on parts approval and vendor qualification.

· Prepare and calculate Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately for project costing.

· Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.

· Track purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

What We’re Looking For:

· Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.

· 1–2 years’ experience in procurement/sourcing (manufacturing preferred).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Strong negotiation, planning & organizational skills.

· Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

· Must be able to speak & write Mandarin (to liaise with China suppliers).
