Tank Team Sdn Bhd is a private limited company incorporated in July 2016 specialising in glass-fused to steel bolted tanks.

Glass fused to steel tank can be used for liquid and bulk materials, and the tank is suitable for potable water, waste water, and bulk storage and biogas application. The tanks are also used as the basic structural element of environmental process sets such as wastewater treatment plant and biogas stations.

Glass-fused layer is compact, smooth, and glossy coating by silicate glass fused on metallic substrate in a special furnace in exceeding of 800o C. The cylindrical steel shell of the tank is assembled of glass-fused steel plates on both sides that are connected by special bolts and sealed with permanently elastic sealant. This type of bolt tank concept provides fast, neat, and precision erection. The tank is designed in accordance with AWWA D107.

Tank Team is made up of a group of experience engineers and technical crews who had been in the glass- fused to steel tank for the past 16 years. We provide engineering design, fabrication, supply, testing and commissioning of liquid storage tank as a one stop solution centre. Our expertise and technical know how shall ensure the quality of work delivered to our customer above and beyond the industries standard expectation.
