I’m really happy that my first full-time job is at The Lit Social. What I love most is that I get to work with so many different clients and industries, and I’m genuinely given the space to explore, create, and learn instead of being boxed into one “safe” way of doing things. Also, the bosses aren’t the traditional type, which honestly makes work feel more fun and less stressful. Over the past year, I’ve grown a lot especially in editing. I’ve learned how to edit in a more IG/TikTok style, so the pacing, transitions, and storytelling feels more natural for short-form content. At the same time, I’ve improved in content creation too, like learning how to develop ideas that have viral potential and then adapting them into different angles that still fit each brand. Overall, The Lit Social feels different from other companies, and that’s what makes me feel comfortable and happy working with you guys. I’m really looking forward to growing together with the company.

I really enjoy working at The Lit Social because the environment feels flexible and genuinely comfortable. Being able to work from home 3 days a week helps a lot, and since the team is young, it’s super easy to communicate. There’s no awkward “gap” when talking to each other. It feels natural, like everyone’s on the same wavelength. Since joining, I’ve learned how to communicate better, not just with clients and teammates, but also with myself. I’ve become more confident sharing my ideas, and I’m way more open to feedback without taking it personally. I’ve also grown a lot in terms of independence. I can handle shoots on my own now and make decisions on the spot, instead of constantly relying on my bosses for every little thing. Overall, it’s a fun place to work, but also a really solid place to learn. The bosses are supportive and always willing to guide me when I need advice, while still giving me the space to figure things out and improve.

I really enjoyed working with The Lit Social because there’s so much trust and freedom here. I never felt micromanaged, and I genuinely appreciate how open everyone is with communication. It makes it so much easier for me to experiment, try new ideas, and be a bit more creative with content without feeling restricted. I’ve also learned to second-guess myself less and just try, even when an idea feels hard to execute. Most of the time, with a little push and confidence, it turns into something really good. On top of that, I can confidently say my editing skills have improved a lot since I first started, both for graphics and videos. Overall, I really enjoy the work environment here and how easy it is to communicate with everyone.
