About Founder
TopHills Realty (M) Sdn Bhd was established in 2008. Andrew Lim, principle and founder of TopHills Realty has been actively involved in the Malaysia real estate profession since 2001. Graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Andrew Lim is a Registered Estate Agents under the Board of Valuers, Appraiser and Estate Agents, Malaysia.
Andrew Lim extensive experiences in corporate, financial institutions and individual valuation knowledge, auctions, real estate agency transactions, property management and consultancy, corporate investments, property market research and projects management, has been instrumental in the phenomenal growth of TopHills Realty since inception.
All our real estate agents are well trained. Our team members are highly motivated and focused professionals with a high team spirit. Our team member are well equipped to handle every stages of marketing processes, from the preparation and registration stages on the soft and official launching, to the hot sales, closing of contracts, and follow-up stages.
