About Transnational Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn. Bhd.

A new era began when the name Transnational Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn Bhd was launched in Kuching in December 1998. It marked a new beginning for the Company formerly known as Inchcape Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn Bhd, when Sarawak based shareholders, Warble Resources Sdn Bhd and Permodalan ASSAR Sdn Bhd bought over foreign held equities to make Transnational Insurance Brokers the only wholly owned East Malaysian broker and consultant, holding Insurance and takaful broker license from Bank Negara Malaysia, to have established operations in Kuching.

The majority of Transnational Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn Bhd's shareholdings are owned by State Government Agencies with Warble Resources Sdn Bhd holding 63% and Permodalan ASSAR Sdn Bhd holding 37%. Warble Resources Sdn Bhd is a holding company for State Government Agency like Land Custody & Development Authority.
