During the evening shift at Fuego, I have learned to improve my leadership and customer relations skills. Each day, 40% of our guests are new, including expats and tourists. While management is satisfactory, it is not perfect. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, often spending time together socializing after work. The most challenging aspect is when I do a great job but receive no recognition or appreciation from my superiors. However, what I truly enjoy is working with my team and creating memorable experiences for our customers. The satisfaction of seeing them leave with happy faces and knowing they see me as a person, not just a server, is priceless.
