Most of your time will be spent on thumbnails — and yes, we know that sounds simple, but there's a lot of creative thinking that goes into it. If you enjoy experimenting with visuals and don't mind being told "let's try another version," you'll fit right in.
- What you'll mostly be doing ~1. Thumbnail designFor each video, you'll look at what's working on similar channels, then come up with at least 3 different thumbnail concepts for us to choose from. We test thumbnails based on CTR, so you'll also get to see how your designs actually perform — and use that to make the next ones better. And sometimes ~~
