We provide end-to-end services, including the supply, installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire protection systems such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, hydrants, and more.

Job Responsibilities

As a Fire Protection Specialist at VeePro, you will be responsible for:

Installing, servicing, and maintaining various fire protection systems including fire extinguishers, fire alarm panels, sprinkler systems, hydrants and more.
Conducting periodic system inspections as per BOMBA standards and scheduling follow-up maintenance tasks.
Attending to technical issues on-site and liaising directly with clients regarding any system concerns or defects.
Preparing accurate technical service reports and updating project records for each job site.
Following company SOPs and ensuring all work complies with Malaysian Fire Protection and Safety regulations.
Assisting engineers in executing fire protection system installation based on drawings and site instructions.

Requirements & Skills

Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems (alarm panels, sprinklers, extinguishers, hydrants).
Able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fire protection systems to applicable codes (e.g., MS, NFPA, BOMBA).
Can read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and site layouts.
Skilled in using tools, test meters, and handling safety equipment appropriately.
Familiar with PPE usage and general safe work practices.
Able to write clear reports and communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Basic computer literacy (email, report writing in Word/Excel).
Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel (including outstation jobs).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Advantages

Certification or experience as a Competent Person (CP) in fire protection
Fresh graduates in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Fire Safety are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Those with BOMBA experience or familiar with fire safety regulations will be prioritized.
