I had a great working schedule from 8 a.m. to 5.45 p.m., with a strict end time of 5.45 p.m. and no overtime allowed. Before starting any tasks, I made sure to understand them and organized programs and courses for pilots. I also learned to communicate confidently. My trainer, Rusnani Ariffin, was exceptional and guided me through my internship successfully. The most challenging aspect of the job was coordinating pilot schedules without any conflicts. However, the most rewarding part was seeing the pilots complete their courses successfully.

This company has a great mix of gender, nationality, and culture, and they actively promote inclusivity. They also have strong teamwork among departments and employees, which is why I am excited to potentially join them in the future. Additionally, they prioritize work-life balance for employee well-being and organize events to show appreciation for their staff. I find the tasks I have completed to be manageable because of my passion for aviation. The most enjoyable part of my professional experience so far has been during my OJT.

This is a great company to work for, although the management can be a bit disorganized. Overall, the company is fantastic, with a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere. It's a wonderful place to broaden your horizons and the owner is fantastic.
