Yi-Lai Industry Berhad is the exclusive manufacturer of ALPHA TILES®, a trusted and established brand in Malaysia’s construction and interior decoration industry.

Operating from a 141,000 square metre manufacturing facility, Yi-Lai runs 7 production lines with an annual production capacity of approximately 11 million square metres of ceramic, homogeneous and porcelain tiles. Our tiles are designed for both residential and commercial applications, suitable for wall and floor installations.

With marketing offices across major Malaysian cities and Singapore, as well as showrooms located in Kulai and Petaling Jaya, we provide customers with access to the latest ALPHA TILES® collections, featuring modern designs and practical solutions for contemporary architectural needs.

Our product range includes tile sizes from 300mm x 300mm to 600mm x 600mm, offering versatile design options that combine durability, aesthetics and functionality.
