**Job Description**

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
Enforce safety protocols and site cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Interpret and implement construction drawings and plans.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manager.
Manage and track materials, tools, and equipment delivery and usage.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality standards are met.
Resolve any on-site issues or delays in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed site records, including daily reports and progress photos.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in building construction supervision.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and plans.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
Valid CIDB or other relevant construction certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
