ZMG Healthcare (***3292-T) was established and registered on May 15th, 2014. ZMG was initially employed as a Sales and Commissioning Agent with a Multi-National company Boston Scientific Malaysia (**3128-U) to handle their coronary and peripheral medical business for eleven regions since 1st July 2014 on a yearly contract as their channel business partner.

Most of the customers are Cardiologists, Interventionalist Radiologists, Catheterization staff and purchasing and finance people from private and public hospitals. As a sales commissioning agent we were responsible to promote Boston Scientific's products, supporting Rotablation and IVUS cases, creating strategic marketing plans, recording the usages and reporting to Boston Scientific's customer service to do the invoicing and follow-up with payments and collections.

As of 1st January 2019, ZMG was converted into Sales Distributors with a yearly contract with Boston Scientific for their Coronary and Peripheral business. Compliance and SOPs were part of our business partnering channel between both companies to adhere. GST and SST were registered since ZMG is now responsible for direct invoicing and collection from all the hospitals and from NGO companies.

ZMG has Ministry of Finance (MOF) and e- Perolehan status since 2021 to deal with public hospitals. ZMG engages a Bumi Agent to deal with KKM hospitals as required. 

Boston Scientific's products have MDA certification as a requirement to do medical business in public and private hospitals. ZMG has three dedicated and experienced staff to serve our customers and their needs ie a finance clerk and two sales representatives. One representative covers the East Coast region and the other representative covers the Johor region for our Coronary Business.
