About the role:-

The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting IT-related issues, managing IT assets, and assisting with system maintenance, cybersecurity, and IT-related projects.

Main Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant IT support or IT administration experience.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, user account administration, cybersecurity, and IT asset management.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise support requests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing Tier 1 & 2 helpdesk support for daily hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Managing employee onboarding and offboarding (laptop setup, email/system account provisioning).
• Performing routine system maintenance, software updates, and asset inventory tracking.
• Assisting with office infrastructure support and user training.
• Assist with IT procurement, vendor coordination, warranty claims, and equipment replacement.
• Support IT audits and ensure compliance with company policies, information security standards, and applicable data protection requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
