Full Time Senior Operations Executive Jobs, in Qmed Asia Federal Territory - Maukerja

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Operations Executive to coordinate and oversee the implementation of digital healthcare solutions across hospitals and healthcare providers in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end implementation of digital healthcare solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
2. Liaise with hospital stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
3. Monitor implementation timelines, resources, operational issues, and deliverables.
4. Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
5. Support client engagement, business development activities, proposal discussions, and contract negotiations.
6. Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in operations, project coordination, client servicing, or software implementation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and work with cross-functional teams.
• Confident in client presentations, user training, and handling operational discussions.
• Experience in healthcare IT, software implementation, or technology-related environments will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to hospitals and client sites across Malaysia when required.
