Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for participating in live entertainment performances, preparing show routines, attending rehearsals, and collaborating with other artistes and musicians to deliver engaging and high-quality performances. Contribute to programme preparation, performance coordination, and overall audience satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Prepare and follow show lists and performance schedules to ensure timely and organized performances.
Participate in auditions, rehearsals, and performance preparation as required.
Learn and memorize songs, lyrics, choreography, and performance routines.
Perform live entertainment programmes in accordance with scheduled show times and venue requirements.
Work closely with other performing artistes, singers, musicians, and production staff to ensure smooth show delivery.
Coordinate with management regarding performance schedules, assigned roles, and programme arrangements.
Assess and improve individual performance skills through regular practice and constructive feedback.
Adapt performances and routines to suit different programmes and audience preferences.
Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and readiness throughout scheduled performances.
Support teamwork among artistes and contribute to a positive and professional entertainment environment.
