• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays to ensure a clean and inviting store environment.
• Support daily store operations, including receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise, while reporting any inventory issues or discrepancies.
• Process cash, card transactions, and returns accurately, in accordance with store policies and procedures.
• Collect and relay customer feedback and product insights to help improve the shopping experience and product offerings.
• Follow security and loss prevention protocols to minimize theft and ensure store safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
