Full Time HR MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in LIFECORE MEDICAL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall HR matters and daily staff administration.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage staff attendance, leave, probation, confirmation and employment records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, allowances, claims and staff benefits.
• Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory requirements.
• Review employment letters, contracts, memos and other HR documents.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures and staff guidelines.
• Handle staff performance, discipline and workplace issues professionally.
• Coordinate staff training, development and team-building activities.
• Maintain proper and confidential employee records.
• Ensure HR practices follow current Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
• Advise Management on HR and staff-related matters.
• Carry out other related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Familiar with payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, leave and employee administration.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and basic HR systems (HR 2000 i-Payroll).
• Responsible, organised, trustworthy and able to work independently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
