Minimum Diploma qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Open to fresh graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of experience in an IT support role.

Basic knowledge in system administration, IT management, and technical support.

Skilled in software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and computer maintenance.

Exposure to database management and network administration is an added advantage.

Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to speak Mandarin is a bonus.

Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work in a team within a fast-paced environment.

Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, and networking issues.

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.

Assist in system administration and network performance monitoring.

Document technical issues and their solutions for future reference.

Support small IT project management under guidance.

Receive training and skill development in database management and network administration.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues faced by staff.
