Job Description
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CNC machine operation/technical work.
Able to read basic technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
Able to use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer.
Able to work overtime when required.
Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor CNC machines according to production requirements.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for production.
Read and understand technical drawings and basic CNC programs.
Perform machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting when required.
Conduct in-process inspection and ensure products meet specifications.
Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping.
Identify machine or production abnormalities and report to the supervisor.
Ensure all work is carried out according to company safety and quality requirements.
Maintain proper records of production and inspection results.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
