Minimum SPM or 'O' Level qualification.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Basic understanding of jewellery types and materials is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Greet and welcome customers to the store in a warm and friendly manner.

Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.

Provide detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.

Assist customers with trying on jewellery and offer styling advice.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends and collections.

Ensure the store displays are attractive, well-organized, and kept clean.
