Responsibilities
We are looking for a
Recruitment Consultant
to join our on-site recruitment project team supporting a client in Changi Business Park. This role is ideal for someone with at least
1 year of recruitment experience in Technology industry
, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple vacancies at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sourcing activities for assigned technology positions through various recruitment channels.
Review and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Work closely with the TA/HRBP Lead to support recruitment requirements and hiring timelines.
Post and manage job advertisements.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
Meet monthly sourcing and recruitment KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of technology recruitment experience
is preferred.
Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the TA team.
CEI certification
is an advantage.
What We Offer
Salary of
SGD 3,000 – SGD 3,500 per month
, depending on experience.
