Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to renal patients
• Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patient conditions
• Assist with comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
• Provide education to patients and families on renal care and dialysis
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure accurate documentation of all patient care and treatment procedures

Requirements

• Min Diploma in nursing
• Min 2 years of renal / dialysis experience

$30 / hour
