 About Tipping Point Labs

Tipping Point Labs is a founder-led AI consultancy helping Singapore SMEs put AI to work in their daily operations. We find where a business loses time and money, automate repetitive work like data entry, documents and reporting, and build custom AI systems for problems off-the-shelf software can't solve.

Our past clients have cut hours of manual work every day and now handle up to eight times more volume. Eligible SMEs can claim up to 50% of project costs through the Enterprise Development Grant, which makes our services easier to sell.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced business development partner to bring in new SME clients. This is a commission-only, flexible role. You set your own hours and work from anywhere, and you earn a commission on every client you introduce who signs a contract with us.

What You'll Do

• Find and approach owners and senior managers of Singapore SMEs (1–200 staff) through your network, LinkedIn, email and referrals
• Introduce our three services: AI Strategy & Roadmap, Digitalisation & Automation, and AI Implementation
• Qualify leads: a real operational problem, with a decision-maker involved
• Book free 45-minute AI Opportunity Sessions with our founder, and support follow-up until the client signs
• Keep a simple record of your leads and progress, and send us a short weekly update

  What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in consulting, software, IT or professional services
• Experience selling to business owners or senior managers
• A network of SME owners in Singapore is a strong advantage
• Confident on the phone and in writing, and comfortable using LinkedIn
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• No technical AI knowledge needed: we provide sales materials and handle the technical conversations
