Position: Auditor (6 Vacancies)

Location: Ubi Avenue 3

Contract Period: 3 months, from 1 Dec 2026 to 28 Feb 2027

Salary: Up to $5,500 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant work experience.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, excluding public holidays. Working hours may be adjusted for approved evening audit sessions, for example, 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

Job Overview

The temporary audit team will support TLB’s three-month annual audit programme covering driving schools, Private Driving Instructors, test centres and SAF Driving School. The team will conduct fieldwork and prepare factual audit observations and reports for TLB’s review.

TLB will retain responsibility for the audit criteria, regulatory interpretation, validation of findings and final recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Auditor (6 Vacancies)

• Conduct compliance and control testing against TLB’s approved criteria and checklist.

• Perform process walkthroughs, document and transaction reviews, interviews and site observations.

• Conduct checks involving driving schools, Private Driving Instructors, test centres and SAF Driving School.

• Verify and reference supporting evidence and record factual observations.

• Follow up on selected earlier findings and corrective actions.

• Prepare complete working papers and resolve review comments from the Lead Auditor and TLB.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with approved evidence-handling and security requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.

• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant audit, compliance, internal-controls, operational-assurance or investigation experience.

• Relevant audit or assurance certification is advantageous.

• Able to conduct structured interviews, review records, document evidence and prepare clear factual observations.

• Meticulous, objective and able to work across multiple sites.

Other Employment Information

• Full-time, on-site engagement.

• Candidates must be willing and able to travel between assigned locations.

• Selection includes an interview by TLB, credential and reference checks, and a conflict-of-interest declaration.

• Proposed commencement is in December 2026, subject to candidate selection, administrative processing, budget confirmation and issuance of the applicable purchase order.
