About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to support and grow our ViP / high-value client base. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication, fast issue resolution, and strong retention outcomes. You will also work closely with internal teams to turn client feedback into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support for key accounts, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and requests
• Build strong long-term relationships with key clients through daily communication and proactive follow-ups
• Monitor client activity and engagement closely, and take ownership of key account retention results
• Conduct regular online interviews / check-ins with key clients to gather feedback and uncover needs
• Summarize client insights into actionable recommendations and propose product optimization ideas

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Fluent in English as a working language (spoken and written)
• Bonus if you speak Hindi / Urdu / Tamil / Punjabi or other regional languages
• Strong communication skills and client service mindset; capable of handling high-touch key account relationships
• Outgoing, proactive, and highly self-motivated, with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
• Experience in live streaming / social platforms / creator economy is a plus
