Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team in providing day-to-day IT support to employees.
- Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, including computers, printers, network and other IT equipment.
- Support user account setup, access management and system configuration.
- Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset records.
- Assist with data backup, system updates and basic IT security activities.
- Support the IT team in monitoring and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
- Assist in documenting IT issues, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Provide support for HRMS/ERP and other business applications, where required.
- Assist with IT-related projects, system implementation and testing.
- Perform other IT-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
