Full Time Pastry Assistant Part Time Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in Bastille - Maukerja

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Pastry Assistant to support our pastry chef in the preparation and production of high-quality French pastries.

The role is 20–30 hours per week, primarily covering weekends, with shifts supporting our pastry production and service needs. You will assist in the preparation of items such as croissants, tarts, éclairs and other classic French pastries, while learning and following our recipes and production methods.

The Pastry Assistant may also support basic preparation for selected savoury items when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef with the preparation and production of French pastries and baked goods
• Support basic preparation of selected savoury items and ingredients as needed
• Follow proper food handling and hygiene practices in accordance with NEA standards
• Help ensure food items meet our standards for consistency and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry workstation
• Work efficiently as part of a small kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous experience in pastry or baking is welcome but not compulsory
• Genuine interest in French pastry and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working weekend shifts
• Able to learn and adapt to different kitchen positions as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
• Positive, professional and hands-on attitude
• Attention to detail and good work ethic

Part-time schedule: 20–30 hours per week, primarily weekends

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
