Vivopac Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-focused Retail Assistant cum Cashier to join our growing team.

We are an established packaging supplier in Malaysia, offering a wide range of plastic bags, food containers, lunch boxes, cups & lids, cutlery, paper bags and other food packaging products.

If you enjoy interacting with customers, keeping things organized and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting suitable products.
• Handle cashier duties, including receiving payments, issuing receipts and managing daily cash transactions.
• Provide basic product information and respond to customer enquiries.
• Arrange, replenish and maintain attractive product displays and shelves.
• Check product availability and assist with basic stock checking.
• Assist with receiving, packing and arranging merchandise when required.
• Keep the retail area clean, organized and presentable.
• Support daily retail operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous retail or cashier experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-service oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform basic calculations and handle cash accurately.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn about our products and retail operations.
