Division Manager, Fresh at Giant Destina

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of Fresh department (e.g. vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood).
• Ensure freshness, quality and proper handling of fresh products.
• Monitor stock level and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper product display and cleanliness of the department.
• Implement FIFO / stock rotation to maintain product quality.
• Lead and guide team members to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain good customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field.
• At least 3 years working experience in supermarket / fresh market operations.
• Experience in handling fresh products is preferred.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
