Full Time CFO – Finance - Strategy (Listed, Automotive-Retail) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 20,000 in RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Direct the overall finance function, covering financial control, reporting, planning, taxation, treasury, audit and cash management.
• Work with the CEO and senior leadership on financial performance, business planning, funding decisions and commercial priorities.
• Enhance the Group’s finance framework, reporting discipline and governance standards as the business continues to scale.
• Monitor liquidity, stock-related exposures, collections, revenue processes and financing arrangements to maintain strong financial oversight.
• Lead the finance team and maintain effective relationships with auditors, banks, advisers and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• CA, CPA, ACCA
• At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, strong exposure to senior finance responsibilities and a listed company.
• Experience in automotive, retail, distribution or other high-volume commercial businesses.
• Strong grounding in SFRS, consolidation, statutory reporting, taxation, treasury and financial controls.
• Experience working with senior management, Board-level stakeholders and external auditors; exposure to IPO, RTO, fundraising or other corporate transactions.
