- Manage and supervise shop-front staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and arrange work shifts.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
- Purchase and replenish goods and operational supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and control wastage.
- Create and propose new menu items and promotions.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
- Attend to maintenance and other day-to-day operational needs.
