Full Time Case Management Executive (6-Month Contract) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,275 in BGC GROUP PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Support the handling of workplace-related matters and employment disputes. You will assess cases, provide advisory support to workers and companies, assist with mediation, and follow cases through to resolution.

This role may suit candidates interested in case management, employment relations, dispute resolution and service operations.

Job Details

• Contract duration: 6 months
• Location: Jurong East
• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday; either 8:30am–6:00pm or 9:00am–6:30pm

Hourly rate based on qualifications:

• Under Diploma / O-Level / A-Level: S$12.50 per hour

• Diploma: S$14.50 per hour

• Undergraduate: S$18 per hour

• Degree holder: S$22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assess workplace-related cases and employment disputes.

• Advise workers and companies on workplace matters.

• Assist with mediation and follow cases through to resolution.

• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

• Coordinate with relevant parties on employment and placement support.

• Provide counter service and liaise with stakeholders, partners and unions.

• Support process improvements and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Some knowledge of HR and/or the Employment Act.

• Degree holders preferred; candidates with other qualifications may also be considered.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using multiple IT systems.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perseverant, proactive and willing to support members.
