Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure all work adheres to strict technical specifications and drawings.

• Monitor progress on site to ensure that schedules remain on track and meet project deadlines.

• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues that arise during the building process.

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure all materials and workmanship meet professional engineering safety standards.

• Maintain accurate records and daily logs of all site activities for project reporting and documentation.

• Review blueprints and engineering plans to identify potential design conflicts before construction work begins.

• Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed by everyone working on the site.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Minimum five years of direct site supervision experience in heavy construction or infrastructure projects.

• Proven proficiency in reading complex engineering drawings and structural blueprints.

• Active registration as a professional engineer or equivalent accreditation in your field.

• Strong technical knowledge of local building codes and modern safety regulations.

• Advanced communication skills to manage relationships between stakeholders and site teams.

• Practical experience using industry software for project management and technical document control.
