Customer Service & Operations Executive (Artisan French Café)
About the Role
You will be part of a dedicated and passionate team serving esteemed customers in a vibrant artisan French café environment. At
Bakery Brera's cafe
we are committed to becoming a leading artisanal bakery cafe by delivering quality baked goods and heartfelt service, while nurturing empowerment, continuous improvement, education, and community engagement — with a long-term vision of growing into a progressive SME of the future.
We are seeking
mature, responsible, and service-oriented individuals
who take pride in serving customers and supporting daily operations in a professional bakery & café setting.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to
corporate, walk-in, online, and event customers
Offer product consultation and recommendations, including value-added information such as
allergen awareness and dietary requirements
Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients
Promote bakery products with confidence, care, and product knowledge (training provided)
Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfilment, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Operations & Administration
Support daily operations through adherence to
SOPs, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives
Assist with
order processing, invoicing, stock checks, replenishment, and supplier coordination
Manage and operate
POS systems, mobile apps, and laptop-based applications
Monitor and uphold high standards of
housekeeping, food hygiene, and workplace cleanliness
Requirements & Attributes
Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills
Mature, dependable, and well-organised with a professional attitude
Able to multitask and handle both frontline service and operational duties
Comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery & café environment
Inspired individuals who serve with a
mission-driven heart
