Full Time BIM Manager Jobs, in ALLIED SEARCH PTE.LTD. - Maukerja

As a BIM Manager (Architectural) you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and manage BIM operations from project setup, modelling, coordination, and troubleshooting to ensure timely delivery of BIM models.
• Oversee the preparation of BIM deliverables, including BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, and BIM Design Review Procedures.
• Manage BIM models for design reviews, statutory submissions, CORENET X submissions, and tender documentation.
• Develop and implement project BIM Execution Plans to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders to identify and resolve BIM-related technical and coordination issues.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of BIM models, workflows, and deliverables.
• Review existing BIM infrastructure, software, and processes, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and train BIM team members to strengthen technical capabilities and ensure project delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, BCA BIM Modelling certification, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in BIM management, architectural design, or
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM modelling, and architectural technical detailing.
