Full Time Procurement Executive [EL] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Oversee daily procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation evaluation, price negotiation and purchase order placement.

Procure materials, components and equipment based on MRP requirements and production schedules.

Monitor open purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and prevent production disruptions.

Work closely with supply chain planning, production and logistics teams to maintain a reliable supply of materials.

Review inventory levels and manage replenishment activities in accordance with established stocking policies.

Coordinate inbound shipments, shipment tracking and customs declaration documentation with logistics partners.

Evaluate and monitor supplier performance against quality, delivery and inventory management objectives.

Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor setup, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoice documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers on returned materials, RMA cases and non-conforming items.

Support procurement cost-reduction initiatives through price negotiation, supplier evaluation and purchasing process improvements.

Prepare regular procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.
