Our structured, individualised learning approach helps students develop strong academic foundations, confidence, critical thinking and independent learning skills.

We are seeking patient, responsible and dedicated instructors to support our students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in Mathematics and English using Eye Level's established curriculum and teaching methodology.

• Provide individualised coaching according to each student's abilities and learning pace.

• Assess students' understanding and provide appropriate academic guidance.

• Mark worksheets and learning booklets accurately.

• Monitor student progress and maintain learning records.

• Prepare teaching materials and ensure lessons run smoothly.

• Maintain a safe, positive and conducive learning environment.

• Provide academic feedback to parents when required.

• Assist with attendance records and related instructional administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Mathematics and English.

• Minimum GCE A-Level, Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Previous teaching, tuition or enrichment experience is advantageous.

• Patient, meticulous, reliable and comfortable working with children.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Familiarity with digital attendance and reporting systems is advantageous.

• Training on Eye Level's curriculum and teaching methodology will be provided.

Service Hours

• Tuesday to Friday: Between 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm

• Saturday or Sunday: Between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm

• Actual assignments are arranged according to centre requirements and mutually agreed availability.

Engagement Terms

• Hourly service fee of S$14 for approved teaching and related service hours.

• Engagement under a written Contract for Service.

• Assignments offered based on operational requirements and availability.

• Service fees paid monthly based on verified hours.

• Independent contractors are responsible for their applicable self-employed tax and contribution obligations.
